Winter sports enthusiasts will be thrilled that the glacier in Tignes is accessible as early as autumn time – and is one of the first to open. As of October, the snowy slopes are all yours! Easily accessible via the Perce-Neige funicular, the Grande Motte glacier is the highest point in Tignes’ ski area.
